Workshop Details:

This ceramic workshop will take place in the cosy ambience of Atelier Glückskind, a charming café in the beautiful centre of Celle, where participants will be surrounded by a warm and inviting atmosphere. With guidance, each participant will dive into the world of creativity and self-discovery and craft their own ceramic mask to reflect their unique style. We will use various decoration techniques and paint with engobes - ceramic-coloured mixtures made from completely natural and harmless pigments. This workshop provides a unique opportunity to unleash your inner artist and create a one-of-a-kind ceramic mask that reflects your unique self. Your finished mask will be a valuable piece of art that can decorate your home or office as a stunning wall decoration.

Each participant will receive the mask within 3-4 weeks after the workshop, during which time the masks go through technological slow drying, biscuit firing at 1000 °C, glazing with clear glaze and glaze firing at 1050 °C in a professional ceramic kiln.

The price includes:

• Welcome drink (for more drinks, see the venue menu) and finger food;

• All tools and materials for work, clay, engobes, as well as other available materials;

• Later - technological drying, glazing of the masks, biscuit and glaze firing in a professional ceramic kiln before receiving the masks;
