How is the ceramic jewellery made?

What is the Veseto Ceramics jewellery made of?
Veseto Ceramics handcrafted jewellery pieces are created with natural products - earthenware or porcelain clay, covered with engobes, high-quality ceramic glazes, 22k gold and sometimes lustre. Each piece is handpainted covered, allowing for slight variations and providing uniqueness to the jewellery. I use gold-plated stainless-steel pieces for all other metal parts is that it has the lustre of solid gold while also being highly durable and hypoallergenic.

Why do I use stainless steel?
Stainless steel allows me to create hypoallergenic and resistant pieces of jewellery. It is far more resistant than gold and silver because of its original toughness. Stainless steel is offered in different quality grades. 316L grade is nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free. I only work with the surgical 316L quality (the best one!) to ensure you do not get any allergic reactions.

Will gold-plated pieces tarnish?
Eventually, yes, most gold-plated parts of your ceramic jewellery will tarnish. The rate at which tarnishing occurs depends on how you wear it, care for it, your body chemistry, and what the jewellery is exposed to. With proper wear and care, you can increase the lifespan of your Veseto Ceramics pieces significantly, even to a decade or longer.
